Carving Gallery

To begin the process of creating your custom made carving, it all starts with an idea of what interests you the most, and what gives you the greatest enjoyment. For example, a memorable hunt you experienced, or a favorite place, a family pet, covered bridges, favorite vacation spots, a carving based on your faith. You may even consider your own family crest. The ideas are endless. These are just a few suggestions.

We can then sit down and discuss what you want. I can offer suggestions of what could be done with your ideas, and together we can discuss your carving. During this process, I will sketch out some ideas and based upon your approval, the type of wood you want used for the carving and the framing.

And finally, we will draw up a contract with specifications desired, time frame and the agreed upon price.
